Returns
Should you find a problem with your order or need to return an item to us please give us a call at 888-326-7072 (ext. 600) and we will assist you in finding a fast solution. A customer service team member will issue you an RA # and answer any questions you may have about the return / exchange process at that time. All returns must have an RA # ( Return Authorization Number ) or they will not be accepted.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will only accept returns within 30 days of delivery
Only unused product
that has not been mounted may be returned.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Tires that are covered by a manufacturers warranty is sold with the manufacturers warranty extended to you, the purchaser. While we are happy to assist you in obtaining your warranty, we do not administer or control the manufacturers process nor their resolution of such.
Apart from any applicable manufacturer's warranties, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied in the fitness for a particular purpose or application or the merchantability thereof.
Credit
Credit for returned merchandise will be calculated to reflect the price paid for the product less all freight charges incured.
Credit will be issued only to the credit card used for the original purchase.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
Orders shipped via FedEx and UPS will be charged freight both ways on refused or unclaimed orders.
Damage Claims
In the event you should receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at 888-326-7072 (ext. 600). We will contact the shipper to report damage and arrange for replacement or exchange.
